Each purchase of a DJ Swivel Plugin includes a personal license that allows you to install the plugin on one machine.

To transfer your plugin licence to a new computer, simply click the settings button in your plugin interface, usually denoted by a “gear” icon, and click DEACTIVATE. You will be given a warning notifying you of the deactivation on your current computer. Once deactivated, you may install and re-enter your existing serial code on the new system. We allow for up to 3 deactivations per license. For more information, please read our full license agreement presented to you upon checkout

We’re constantly updating and improving our products. Some of these update are minor big fixes, and others are larger more feature driven updates. Periodically we will send out emails to users notifying of any major updates, and you can always review the details of each release version in your djswivel.com user account.

If you are unhappy with your purchase after the installation and usage of one of our products, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This excludes products obtained as not for resale or products purchased from a third-party reseller. Any products obtained from a third-party reseller should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased (subject to that retailers return policy). When contacting us for a refund, please include your registered email address, full name and purchase receipt. Failure to include one or more of these can result in denial or delay of your refund.
