Project Overview

House Thirty Three is a high-end creative space and lodging destination in Los Angeles. Offering unobstructed views from downtown to the Pacific Ocean, it serves as a retreat designed to nurture the creative process. Whether creators are visiting for a single day of recording or an extended stay, the space provides both the comfort of a luxury home and the technical infrastructure of a professional studio.

BAMN design was commissioned to develop the foundational branding and a custom website that reflects the property’s unique blend of “Vibe and Vitality.”

Research & Planning

Lead Design & Creative Agency

Our planning focused on the “Luxury Creative” demographic-high-profile artists and producers who require privacy and inspiration without sacrificing technical capability. We researched high-end hospitality and studio booking trends to ensure the user journey felt exclusive yet functional. The goal was to market the property not just as a studio, but as a holistic creative experience.

Website Design & Development

The design work was focused on elevating the property to an elite, “invite-only” brand status.

Portfolio CMS

A custom-built credit management system allows for rapid updates to a massive discography, filterable by artist, role (Mixer/Producer), and certification.

E-Commerce Integration

A streamlined checkout flow for digital products, including "The Sauce" and "Spread" plugins, featuring automated license delivery

API Embeds

We integrated specialized 3rd party API to the e-commerce to generate unique real-time Serial Numbers for each of the plugin purchases.
