The IV health centre is Vancouver’s first dedicated intravenous vitamin therapy clinic. Offering personalized, doctor-led treatments alongside Naturopathic Medicine, Aesthetics, and Registered Acupuncture, the clinic needed a website that could effectively handle patient education and direct-to-clinic booking inquiries.
BAMN design was responsible for the UI/UX website design and full custom WordPress development of their core digital storefront.
The Partnership
The planning phase focused on simplifying a multi-service healthcare funnel. We audited how patients look for specialized clinical services online. The primary objective was to position the clinic as a medical authority (doctor-assessed, customized formulas) rather than a recreational “drip bar.” We mapped out a structural framework that funnels traffic from five distinct medical pillars directly into a singular, high-conversion booking action.
