Project Overview
The IV health centre holds the distinction of being Vancouver’s first health centre to feature intravenous vitamin therapy. While many clinics offer quick-fix “menus,” The IV has built a reputation on customized, doctor-led treatments within a serene, lounge-like environment.
The challenge was to communicate the depth of their medical expertise-spanning Naturopathic Medicine, Aesthetics, and Acupuncture-while maintaining the approachable, high-end feel of a luxury wellness destination. They needed a digital experience that converted “wellness seekers” into long-term patients.

The Problem
In a saturated wellness market, The IV needed to differentiate its medical-grade treatments from standard "drip bars." The existing digital touchpoints needed to better highlight the fact that every treatment is assessed by licensed Naturopathic Doctors, ensuring the brand didn't lose its clinical authority in favor of aesthetic appeal.

Our studio collaborated with The IV’s medical and leadership teams to audit their diverse service offerings-from weight loss support to aesthetic injectables-and organize them into a streamlined, high-converting digital architecture.
The Methods
We utilized "Wellness-Centric UX," prioritizing ease of booking and educational clarity. By emphasizing the "Customized, Not Pre-made" philosophy through strategic copy and calming visual hierarchies, we established immediate trust with patients looking for legitimate medical solutions in a spa-like atmosphere.

A brand new digital identity that balances clinical credibility with lifestyle luxury. This included an optimized mobile-first booking experience, a robust content strategy for their diagnostic and dispensary services, and a scalable blog framework designed to drive local SEO traffic.
