Project Overview

Located in the beautiful Hollywood Hills, House Thirty Three is a studio experience like no other. With unobstructed views stretching from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean, the space was meticulously designed to nurture the creative process. It serves as a private sanctuary for world-class artists, producers, and creators who require both peak technical performance and a serene, inspiring environment.

The challenge was to create an identity that didn’t compete with the iconic architecture or the breathtaking views, but rather framed them—a brand that felt as “elevated” as the studio’s physical location.

BAMN design was commissioned to craft the visual narrative and tactile experience for House Thirty Three. Our goal was to build a brand that signaled exclusivity, tranquility, and creative focus. We aimed to capture the essence of a “Studio Experience” that balances the grit of the creative grind with the luxury of its environment.

The Problem

Luxury creative spaces often fall into the trap of being "too loud" or "too corporate." House Thirty Three needed to feel like a private residence but function like a professional powerhouse. The branding had to communicate "Premium Creative Retreat" without losing its creative edge.

The Team

Our studio worked alongside the property’s curators to ensure the brand felt integrated into the physical space, moving seamlessly from digital touchpoints to the physical arrival of the artist.

Our Methods

We utilized a "Minimalist-Atmospheric" approach. By focusing on wide-open layouts and a restrained typographic palette, we mirrored the unobstructed views and the open-air architecture of the Hollywood Hills location.

The Result

A sophisticated visual identity system and a bespoke physical "Welcome Package" designed to ground the artist in the space the moment they arrive.
