Project Overview
The ePACT Network is the gold standard for emergency information management, replacing paper-heavy processes with a secure, digital-first network. To deepen their impact beyond software, they launched Culture of Safety – a comprehensive educational initiative providing webinars, digital guides, and professional training for organizations.
The challenge was to launch a sub-brand that felt like a natural extension of the ePACT ecosystem while establishing its own identity as a thought leader in workplace and community safety.

BAMN design was tasked with creating a versatile visual language for this resource hub. We worked to ensure that every touchpoint-from high-stakes webinars to weekly newsletters-conveyed the same level of trust and operational excellence that users expect from ePACT’s core technology.
The Problem
While ePACT is known for technical reliability, the Culture of Safety program required a softer, more educational aesthetic. The brand needed to transition from "software utility" to "knowledge partner" without creating a visual disconnect that might confuse existing clients.
The Team
Our studio collaborated with ePACT’s marketing and product leads to audit the existing brand guidelines and identify opportunities for a visual "safety-first" framework that works across both digital and physical training materials.
The Methods
We applied "Adaptive Brand Singling," using clean, structural typography and a color palette that suggests both urgency and calm. By creating a modular design system for their webinar series and digital guides, we ensured the brand could scale rapidly as their library of safety resources grew.
The Result
A cohesive, "retail-ready" sub-brand that successfully launched with a suite of custom marketing templates, a digital resource hub, and a unified visual identity. The result is a professional, reliable experience that empowers organizations to prioritize safety with the same rigor they apply to their technical operations.
